Clear usage terms for the website and the Aspirant Pro Android app.

2. Description of the service

Aspirant Pro is an Android study application that helps you organise tasks, manage exam targets, track consistency and streaks, and run focus reminders. It also offers an optional AI Mock-Test feature: you upload photos or a PDF of your notes, our AI generates a timed practice test, and you get instant results with weak-area analysis. The free version shows ads; a paid Pro subscription unlocks AI Mock Tests and removes ads.

3. Accounts and sign-in

The AI Mock-Test feature requires you to sign in with Google. Before sign-in, you must tick a box to confirm you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy — the sign-in button stays disabled until you do. By signing in you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that the information from your Google account is accurate. If you are under 18, you may use Aspirant Pro only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who must read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy on your behalf, and who is responsible for the account and for any subscription purchased through it. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity that happens under your Aspirant Pro account. One account is intended per person. You can sign out or delete your account at any time.

4. AI Mock Tests, your content, and accuracy

• You keep ownership of the documents you upload. You grant us permission to process them solely to generate your practice test, after which the uploaded files are deleted from our servers.
• You must only upload content you have the right to use, and must not upload unlawful, infringing, private third-party, or harmful material.
• AI-generated questions, answers, and explanations may contain errors or omissions. They are a study aid only, are not verified against official syllabi or answer keys, and must not be treated as authoritative. Always confirm important facts with official sources. We are not responsible for exam outcomes based on AI-generated content.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

• Aspirant Pro offers several auto-renewing subscription plans, monthly and yearly. Each plan differs only in how many AI mock tests it includes per month. The current price of every plan is shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We do not process payments directly and never see your card details.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Google Play account (Play Store → Subscriptions → Aspirant Pro). Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Cancelling does not end your access immediately. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the period you have already been billed for.
• Your plan includes a monthly quota of AI mock tests, shown in the app; the quota resets each billing period. Deleting your data does not cancel your subscription — cancel it separately in Google Play.
• Moving to a larger plan takes effect immediately, and Google Play adjusts the charge for the time left on your current plan. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the larger plan you have already paid for until then.
• When a subscription ends there is a 30-day period in which mock tests you already generated stay available to retake, but no new tests can be generated. After those 30 days the generated question banks are deleted.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy; we cannot issue refunds outside that process. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5a. Exam Buddies: rooms, conduct and moderation

Exam Buddies lets you take the same test as up to four other people and discuss it afterwards. Creating a room requires an active subscription; joining one does not and is free.

Who may use it. Exam Buddies is available to users aged 13 and over. Before using it you will be asked for the year you were born; that year decides which safety rules apply to the room, and it can be answered only once — write to support if you need it corrected. If a room contains anyone under 18, or fewer than three people, the room is limited to ready-made messages and emoji.

How you must behave. Rooms are for discussing a test. You must not post abusive, harassing, sexual, hateful or threatening content; you must not share links, phone numbers or other contact details, or try to move the conversation off Aspirant Pro; you must not impersonate anyone; and you must not use a room to distribute material you have no right to share. These rules apply to your username and your room title as well as to your messages.

Your content, and ours to act on. You keep ownership of what you write and of the notes you upload. You grant us the limited right to store and display them to the other members of your room so the feature can work, and to retain them for the period described in our Privacy Policy so that reports can be investigated.

Reporting and moderation. Any message, user or room title can be reported from inside the app, and you can block another user or leave a room at any time. A room's host can remove a message from their room and can mute or remove a member. Reports are reviewed by a person, not automatically actioned; where a report is upheld, the response is proportionate and escalates with repetition — a warning, then a limit on posting, and in serious or repeated cases suspension of the account. Taking part in a test is not restricted by these measures. If you believe a decision was wrong, write to us at [email protected] and a person will look at it again.

What we do not do. Aspirant Pro has no private one-to-one messaging. All conversation happens inside a room where every member can see it, and there is no public or global leaderboard.

5b. Refer & Earn

Refer & Earn lets a subscriber invite someone to Aspirant Pro. If the person they invite subscribes for the first time, both of them receive extra AI mock tests. Everything given under this programme is app credit only — extra mock tests. There is no cash, no transfer to anyone else, and no monetary value; nothing here can be exchanged, refunded or claimed as money.

Who can take part. You need an active subscription to have a referral code. The person you invite must be someone who has never subscribed to Aspirant Pro before, on any account. A code has to be applied before that person's first purchase — it cannot be added afterwards.

What each side gets. When a referral is confirmed, the person who referred receives 5 extra mock tests and the person who joined receives 2. Extra tests are added on top of your plan's monthly quota, and your monthly quota is always used first. There is a lifetime limit on how many referrals one account can be rewarded for, which depends on your plan and is shown in the app.

When it is confirmed. A reward is not immediate. It is confirmed 7 days after the purchase that earned it, provided that purchase has not been refunded or cancelled in the meantime. You can see a referral waiting in the app before then.

If a purchase is refunded. If the purchase behind a referral is refunded or reversed, the reward does not go ahead; if it had already been given, any unused extra tests are withdrawn from both sides. Tests already used are not clawed back.

How long extra tests last. Extra tests expire 90 days after they are given, or when your subscription ends — whichever comes first. Unused tests are not carried over, refunded or exchanged.

Limits and fair use. We apply daily limits to how many referrals are confirmed at once. Reaching a limit only delays a reward you have earned; it is not cancelled, and it is confirmed once the limit allows. We may withhold or withdraw rewards where a referral is not genuine — for example bulk or automated sign-ups, or purchases made to obtain rewards and then refunded.

Changes. Refer & Earn is a promotional programme, not part of what you pay for. We may change the reward amounts, the limits, or the rules, and we may pause or end the programme at any time. Rewards already confirmed are not taken away when the programme changes. Nothing in this section changes the subscription you have paid for.

6. Lawful and responsible use

You agree not to misuse the app or website, interfere with their availability, misrepresent Samroid Apps, attempt unauthorized access, abuse the AI or upload systems, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes.

7. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the tasks, exam dates, reminder times, study plans, and documents you provide.
• You are responsible for checking official exam notices, deadlines, syllabi, and answer keys from authoritative sources.
• You are responsible for protecting your device, your Google account, permissions, and notification settings.

8. No academic, medical, or career guarantee

Aspirant Pro is a productivity, organisation, and practice aid only. It does not provide official exam administration, educational accreditation, counselling, guaranteed study outcomes, or guaranteed admission results.

9. Reminder and alarm disclaimer

If you enable reminders or exam alerts, delivery may still vary based on Android version, permission grants, exact alarm support, battery optimization, manufacturer restrictions, device restarts, or other operating system behavior.

10. Intellectual property

The Aspirant Pro name, branding, design assets, site copy, screenshots, application interfaces, and related materials remain the property of Samroid Apps unless otherwise stated. You may not unlawfully copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misappropriate the product or its branding. This does not affect your ownership of the documents you upload.

11. Availability, updates, and changes

We may change, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the website or app at any time. Features may evolve across releases, and store availability may depend on review processes, Android compatibility, and regional access.

12. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The website and app are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Samroid Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from schedule mistakes, missed reminders, inaccurate user-entered data, errors in AI-generated questions or answers, device problems, service interruptions, data loss, or reliance on non-official information.

13. Third-party services and platform terms

Aspirant Pro relies on third-party services including Google (sign-in, AI, Play billing, and the Google AdMob advertising network), RevenueCat (subscription management), Brevo (transactional email), and Cloudflare (the bot check on the forms on this website). The app and site may also open external destinations such as Google Play or support email links. Those third parties govern their own content, privacy practices, and terms, which apply in addition to these Terms.

The free tier of the app is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads are never shown during Focus mode, and an active subscription removes all advertising. What the advertising network collects, and how to reset or limit your advertising ID, is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Ending your use of the service

You may stop using Aspirant Pro at any time by signing out, deleting your account, or uninstalling the app. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the service, or suspend an account, where necessary for legal, technical, security, abuse-prevention, or product reasons.

16. Feedback and suggestions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature ideas, or other input (including through any in-app feedback or beta tool), you grant Samroid Apps a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the product or our business, without any obligation, compensation, credit, or confidentiality owed to you. You confirm the feedback is your own and that sharing it does not violate anyone else's rights.

17. Events beyond our control

Samroid Apps is not liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or degradation of the service caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war or civil unrest, power or internet failures, outages or changes affecting third-party services we rely on (such as Google, RevenueCat, Brevo, Cloudflare, app stores, or hosting providers), cyber-attacks, changes in law, or government or regulatory action.
