Account deletion

Delete your Aspirant Pro account and data.

You can permanently delete your Aspirant Pro account and all associated cloud data at any time. Use the app, or request it here with the email you signed in with.

Two ways to delete

In the app, or from this page

In the app: open Aspirant Pro → Settings → Delete account, and confirm. From this page: enter your account email below and we'll send a confirmation link to that address.

What gets deleted

This is permanent

  • Your account, generated question banks, exam attempts, and results are permanently deleted.
  • We email you a confirmation link. Once you confirm, deletion happens 24 hours later — sign back into the app during those 24 hours and it is cancelled.
  • Uploaded documents are already deleted right after each test is generated, so there is nothing extra to remove there.
  • We may keep limited, anonymised billing records (with no personal identifiers) for accounting.
  • Deleting your data does not cancel your subscription. Cancel Pro separately in Google Play → Subscriptions → Aspirant Pro.

For your security we send a confirmation link to your email — your account is only deleted after you click it. If you don't receive the email, check spam, or write to [email protected] and we'll help.
